About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients who wish to remain at home and live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including elements of personal care, provision of medication, and following predetermined care plans.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families, promoting a sense of dignity and respect.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
