About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment by adhering to our policies and procedures, including infection control and confidentiality.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.

Requirements
  • Valid Enhanced DBS/PVG certificate and right to work in the UK.
  • Ability to commit to a regular schedule, including evenings and weekends.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
