We are currently seeking Care Support Specialists to join our dedicated, nurturing, and forward-thinking Our Lady's Care Home. This crucial position involves collaborating with the nursing staff to address the social, emotional, and physical needs of our residents, in accordance with the Patient Charter of Rights and the Nursing Home Minimum Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Providing exceptional, individualized care to all residents.

· Enriching residents' lives through engaging activities.

· Maintaining accurate records related to patient care.

· Assisting the nursing team in adhering to compliance policies and procedures.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current NVQ in care
  • Familiarity with the Care of the Elderly Patients Charter of Rights
  • Experience in a caring environment
  • Proficiency in moving and handling patients
