Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Registered Manager to lead our new project, overseeing 17 apartments within the same building. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned manager specializing in learning disabilities to manage a team of over 50 staff, divided into three specialized areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of over 50 staff, divided into three specialized areas
  • Oversee the entire building, ensuring high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve services and outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of recent experience as an LD children's home manager
  • Level 3 Residential Child Care Diploma (or commitment to achieving Level 5)
  • Proven Good/Outstanding track record with Ofsted
