Job Summary

Russell Publishing is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Executive to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful execution of client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process client orders accurately and efficiently using our in-house systems and CRM to ensure timely delivery of campaign collateral.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including content, production, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Produce reports and analysis on campaign results for all digital media offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience working in customer services, ad operations, or a customer-facing administrative environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills with flexibility to adapt to changes.
  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to produce reports.
  • IT skills in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of CRM systems.
