Project Architect Position at Alexander Associates

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to lead our luxury residential design projects.

About the Role

As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of our residential projects, working closely with the Directors and our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects from concept to completion
  • Manage project monitoring through all RIBA stages
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement project designs
  • Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a degree in Architecture and be ARB/RIBA registered. You should have a strong technical understanding of construction methods, drawings, and detailing, as well as experience in luxury residential design and proficiency in AutoCad, Adobe Suite, and 3D Modelling.
