About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our respiratory product brands, including Amsorb Plus, AquaVENT, and NeoFlow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to build strong clinical brands for our acute care and neonatal product ranges.
  • Work closely with our sales teams and distribution partners to execute agreed marketing plans within key markets.
  • Support our busy exhibition schedule, ensuring our team has everything needed to shine at events.
  • Boost our social media presence with engaging and accurate posts, paired with eye-catching images.
  • Analyze the return on investment for our marketing activities, providing insightful reports and feedback.
  • Prepare training for our sales teams and business partners on positioning and messaging in each target market.
  • Keep our marketing materials up-to-date and readily available for our sales team and distribution partners.
  • Assist with the development and monitoring of marketing budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date with market analysis, customer insights, and competitor activity.
  • Design and execute customer engagement activities that drive results.
  • Support the organization, running, and follow-up of conferences, meetings, and consumer experience days.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level in marketing or business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Impeccable organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to undertake some international travel.
  • Access to transport.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience using social media professionally.
  • Experience organizing exhibitions or events.
  • Experience in international marketing.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Second language ability.
