About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at CPJ Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our leading high-end KBB products to plumbing & heating merchants, showrooms, installers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business and grow existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, merchants, retailers, and stockists
  • Upsell and cross-sell our products to increase revenue and market share
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
