Job Title: Marketing Executive

We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our Consumer Marketing Team at Love2shop. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing integrated marketing communications plans that drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value for our B2C and B2B brands.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Marketing Manager and wider team to create and execute marketing campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and print channels.
  • Work closely with the Digital Team and Creative Team to design and develop engaging marketing materials, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Develop and implement testing programs to optimize campaign performance and improve customer engagement.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our database, focusing on quality and segmentation.
  • Ensure compliance and legal sign-off for all marketing materials before launch.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines and tone of voice across all campaigns.
Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management.
  • Excellent planning, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to align with business KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with social media platforms.
Desirable Skills:
  • Relevant degree or marketing qualification.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar template-driven comms building platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics to track and report on revenue-driving communications campaigns.
