About the Role

We are seeking a talented Consumer Marketing Executive to join our team at Love2shop. As a key member of our Consumer Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing integrated marketing communications plans that drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value for our B2C and B2B brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Consumer Marketing Manager and wider team to develop and implement marketing communications plans that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Team and Creative Team to create and monitor a range of integrated communications, including email, SMS, direct mail, and print.
  • Develop compelling, on-brand marketing communications that drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Work with the Email Developer to develop new email templates for use within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Deliver against testing programmes to optimise performance and grow database size, quality, and segmentation.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines and Tone of Voice across all campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in email marketing and a strong understanding of marketing communications principles.
  • Excellent planning, project management, organisational skills, time management, and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Confident copywriting skills, with a strong understanding of grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience of Social Media platforms.
  • Relevant degree or marketing/direct marketing qualification.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar template-driven comms building platform.
