Project Manager - Property Marketing

As a key member of our team at Uniform Communications Limited, you will play a crucial role in the efficiency and smooth-running of projects, working with a diverse range of clients within the property and place sector.

You will be responsible for planning and guiding project processes from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

We are looking for a highly organized and methodical individual who can work closely with our Senior Project Managers, Client Director, and Creative Team to deliver award-winning creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Plan and coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop and implement creative solutions that meet client needs and expectations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the property marketing or creative agency sector
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Knowledge of MS Office and G Suite, with experience of using project management software
