Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate programs of care.
- Deliver and manage direct nursing care, adhering to nursing standards and the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code for nurses.
- Ensure high standards of care for patients and their families, enhancing the quality of care through evidence-based practice.
- Understand the principles of delivering prescribed treatment safely to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Practice multidisciplinary team care and contribute actively towards its successful management.
- Act as a patient advocate and work in accordance with the Nursing Strategy to meet hospital and nursing objectives.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN Number.
- Experience in cardiac or general adult intensive care.
- Caring and compassionate professional with excellent communication skills.
