ICU Nurse Fellowship Opportunity

Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICU Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Fellow. This is a unique opportunity to develop your critical care skills and knowledge in a state-of-the-art 29-bed ICU department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2 and 3 care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Prioritize nursing care, recognize deterioration in a patient's condition, and escalate to the site team/clinician immediately.
- Evaluate, update, and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- NMC registered adult Nurse.
- Must be willing to undertake relevant post-registration courses.
- Suitable hospital-based nursing experience.
- Supports the Intensive Care Unit manager in contributing to CCL's nursing and strategic goals.
- Working in an international, multi-cultural environment, being respectful of other cultures and beliefs.
