About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AMHP Lead to join our team at Tameside Community Safety Partnership. As our AMHP Lead, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of our mental health services, working closely with our dedicated team of AMHPs and other stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a high-performing AMHP service, providing professional practice oversight and support to develop outstanding statutory AMHP practice.
  • Represent Tameside Community Safety Partnership at local and national networks, working with various organizations and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to develop and deliver our wider mental health offer, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with statutory duties.
  • Provide leadership and support to the development and delivery of our mental health services, driving personal development and best performance.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant professional qualification at Level 6 or above and a management qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in the role.
  • Maintained membership of a regulated body where applicable.
  • Professional standards practiced to the highest expected level.
