Lead Revenue Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Revenue Manager to join our Revenue Management Consolidated Centre (RMCC) Europe team in Watford, UK. As a key leader in our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving commercial success across a large portfolio of hotels in the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement commercially sound sales and pricing strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  2. Lead a team of Cluster Revenue Managers and Revenue Executives to deliver commercial excellence and drive team performance.
  3. Maintain regular communication with hotel and above-hotel commercial teams to support commercial success.
  4. Ensure the successful execution of large-scale projects and initiatives, demonstrating your ability to manage complexity and deliver results.
About You:
  1. A strong background in commercial Revenue Management, Yield Management, or Pricing, ideally within the hotel or hospitality sector.
  2. Experience in managing a team of three or more, with a proven track record of developing talent and driving team performance.
  3. A history of successfully leading large-scale projects or initiatives, demonstrating your ability to manage complexity and deliver results.
  4. Self-organized with the ability to excel under time constraints, while balancing multiple priorities.
