Job Title: Revenue Management Analyst

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Management Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the commercial revenue performance of our EMEA hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of revenue data to identify opportunities for growth and minimize risks.
  • Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and improve processes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date revenue data and reports.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve revenue management processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and revenue management software.
