About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team at Phoenix51. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and grow the portfolio of solutions and services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in IT sales or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in another sector with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
