Position Overview

Aramark UK is seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. This role is designed to support our culinary operations through effective administration and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process orders from culinary staff on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Coordinate and communicate dietary requirements for events with the culinary team.
  • Foster strong relationships with kitchen and front-of-house personnel.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the kitchen and relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with lead chefs to achieve operational goals.
  • Compile and maintain recipes and pricing information in our database.
  • Ensure compliance with food labeling standards.
  • Organize training sessions for kitchen personnel.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Possess strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exhibit a passion for maintaining high standards and quality in all tasks.
  • Familiarity with menu creation software (training will be provided).
  • Assist in the timely processing of allergen information and recipes.
  • Ensure monthly compliance with food and health safety regulations.
  • Support the Executive Chef with various administrative tasks.
  • Monitor agency timesheets.

  • Proven experience in culinary coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
