About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team at Elysium Healthcare. You will play a pivotal role in providing specialized care to individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with ABI, utilizing evidence-based practices and person-centered approaches.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and goals, ensuring effective interventions are tailored to their unique circumstances.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support to patients.
- Supervise and mentor junior therapists, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
- Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and refinement of treatment programs, ensuring they remain aligned with best practices and patient needs.
About You
You will be a registered Occupational Therapist with significant post-qualifying experience in working with individuals with ABI. Your expertise in assessment, intervention planning, and team leadership will be essential to your success in this role.
