We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences for our global clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting our Account Management team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contract stages to post-event follow-ups.
  • Developing and implementing best-practice processes to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all industry verticals.
