About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience for our global clients. Your primary responsibility will be to support our Account Management team by developing and implementing best-practice processes that deliver exceptional results.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of working with high-value clients in a B2B sales or customer-led setting. You must possess excellent listening skills, be able to prioritize customer requirements, and have a collaborative attitude with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Develop and implement best-practice processes to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Support the Account Management team in delivering exceptional results

- Provide customer resolutions quickly and feedback to internal stakeholders when necessary
- Continuously educate and engage internal stakeholders on the importance of joined-up stakeholder liaison
