This is an exciting opportunity to join the senior leadership of the CAMEO North team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.
CAMEO is an award-winning Early Intervention service offering assessment, treatment, and support to individuals experiencing symptoms of psychosis for the first time.
Due to substantial investment in our service, we are embarking on a significant service expansion to meet national targets and provide high-quality, NICE-adherent care.
This post will be located in the vibrant city of Peterborough, where you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the service and contribute to the delivery of expert clinical assessment and individualized specialist treatment interventions.
Main Responsibilities- Oversight of caseload care coordination to ensure delivery of expert clinical assessment and individualized specialist treatment interventions as part of a service user's overall multi-disciplinary team care plan.
- Contribution to shaping the strategic direction of the service, aligning with the values of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.
- Leadership and management of a range of tasks, including chairing large meetings, ensuring robust governance arrangements, managing service KPIs, audit activity, delivery of supervision, staff appraisals, and budgetary management.
