We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners via phone, email, and live chat.
Our customer service team is a close-knit group of professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service. We are a technology-based business, and our team consists of less than 50 colleagues. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and partners from around the world.
We are looking for someone who is professional, friendly, and engaging. You will need to be able to construct well-written emails and live chat responses in good time. Excellent telephone manner is also essential, as you will be speaking with international customers and couriers by phone.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure. This is not a script-reading role, and problem-solving will be necessary. You will also be working with our in-house software to manage active orders on the service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners via phone, email, and live chat.
- Construct well-written emails and live chat responses in good time.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- GCSE Maths & English grades A - C is a minimum requirement.
- A-levels grades A - C or an undergraduate degree is preferred.
- Experience with PCs on a day-to-day basis is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
