Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve restaurant performance
  • Monitor and control restaurant costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including finance, inventory, and customer service
