We are looking for a skilled Cryogenic Systems Specialist to enhance our dynamic team at Tokamak Energy. In this pivotal role within the Magnet Business Unit, you will contribute significantly to the advancement of cryogenic systems for pioneering projects. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks associated with cryogenic systems, ranging from conceptual design to rigorous testing and ongoing maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, construct, and sustain cryogenic systems tailored for high-temperature superconducting magnet applications
- Engage in the design and specification of equipment
- Perform thermal and mechanical evaluations of components and systems
- Assist in the assembly and construction of cryogenic systems
- Facilitate system commissioning and testing processes
- Manage the operation and maintenance of cryogenic systems
- Participate in safety assessments and risk evaluations
- Analyze test outcomes and compile detailed reports
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to innovate and develop complex devices
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the construction, maintenance, or operation of cryogenic systems
