Job Summary:
Fawkes & Reece (North) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Liaison Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and providing consultation and support to residents prior to, during, and after works to their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Engagement: Manage and provide consultation and support to residents to ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Client Representation: Attend client representative and resident meetings to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
- Relationship Building: Develop effective working relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors, site-based personnel, local stakeholders, and the local community.
- Communication: Provide an efficient, courteous, and professional service to all telephone callers and ensure written correspondence to residents is generated and distributed in line with the programme of works.
- Complaint Management: Manage the Resident's complaints procedures as a point of escalation.
Requirements:
- Essential Skills: Driving Licence, own transport, previous experience/similar job role.
- Benefits: Competitive hourly rate, Monday to Friday working week, street parking.
