Technical Support Specialist | Opus Recruitment Solutions

2nd Line Support | IT Support | M365 | O365 | Networking | VPNs | Firewalls

We are collaborating with a prominent managed service provider in search of a skilled Technical Support Specialist to enhance their vibrant team. This role offers the opportunity to engage with innovative technologies and contribute to impactful projects for a variety of clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile: We seek a technology-oriented individual who excels in troubleshooting and possesses outstanding customer service abilities. The successful candidate will have practical experience in:

  • Deployment and support of Microsoft 365
  • Windows operating systems for both desktop and server
  • Networking fundamentals including routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls
  • Cloud-based infrastructure solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional technical assistance to clients through various channels including phone, remote access, and in-person visits
  • Design, propose, and execute small-scale projects
  • Manage client relationships and cultivate enduring partnerships
  • Collaborate effectively within a team of six skilled professionals

Essential Requirements:

  • Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for occasional client engagements
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule (with additional remuneration)
