MRI Rotational Radiographer Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated radiographer to join our team as an MRI Rotational Radiographer at Duchy Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in MRI and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. They will be responsible for delivering a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload, supervising and developing junior colleagues, and ensuring MRI safety in line with local rules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload.
  • Supervise and develop junior colleagues.
  • Ensure MRI safety in line with local rules.
  • Participate in departmental audits and Quality Assurance programme.
  • Provide support to the Clinical Lead Radiographers, and Imaging Manager.

Requirements:

  • BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent).
  • Postgraduate qualification and/or high levels of technical knowledge (desirable).
  • Experience in a wide variety of MRI scans, including cardiac.
  • Strong communication and team working abilities.
