Material Support Specialist

Material Support Role at Ryanair
Ryanair Heavy Maintenance Material department is seeking a skilled professional to provide material support to our maintenance program. This role offers a fast-paced environment with challenges and opportunities for development and learning in aircraft engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all material and part requests with regular updates
- Approve and purchase costs in a timely manner
- Attend daily meetings with onsite teams and MRO representatives
- Ensure correct processing of unserviceable materials and components
- Confirm incoming shipments and verify correct items
- Liaise with MRO stores teams to ensure proper storage
- Monitor shipments in transit and ensure timely delivery
- Manage all RYR onsite materials at the external MRO
- Update RYR AMOS system for incoming and consumed materials
- Conduct frequent inventory checks within the MRO
- Ensure proper certification of parts and materials supplied to MRO
Requirements
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel to MRO base during maintenance program
- Team player with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages and computer systems
