Aspris Children's Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team in Wisbech.

In this vital role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional care and support to four young people aged between who have emotional and behavioral needs. Our nurturing home environment prioritizes independence, self-care skills development, and community engagement.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with our team of dedicated staff to ensure the well-being and development of the young people in our care.
  • Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, implementing care plans, and providing guidance and support to both the young people and the staff team.
  • You will also be responsible for managing shift patterns and ensuring a smooth running of the home environment.
