Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at a children's home. As part of our team, you will play a key role in providing support and care for young people with emotional and behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a small staff team to ensure high-quality care and support for young people
  • Develop and implement programs to promote independence and self-care skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a homely environment for young people
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of young people

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
  • Experience working with vulnerable children
  • Willingness to work towards Level 5 Diploma
