About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting and caring for our young people, while also being responsible for a small staff team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and care for our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Oversee the effective implementation of care and independence programmes for our young people.
  • Manage shift patterns on a rota basis and lead a small staff team.
  • Communicate effectively with our young people, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve the home's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People is essential.
  • Experience in a similar role or in a related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a small staff team.
  • Resilience and ability to manage challenging situations.
