Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Boots. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling our market-leading products, and creating an inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer service and product recommendations to customers
  • Sell our market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create in-store events and achieve high standards of visual merchandising
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their benefits
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of the store

  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
  • Passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs
