Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Centre Coach to join our team. As a Development Centre Coach, you will be responsible for designing and delivering football training programs for young players, focusing on developing their technical, tactical, and physical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality football training programs for young players
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to meet the needs of individual players and teams
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor player progress
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective coaching environment
  • Provide guidance and support to players on their football development journey

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Extensive experience in coaching youth footballStrong knowledge of football techniques and tacticsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentPassion for developing young football talent
