Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team at Reed Business Support. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing of staff recruitment and maintaining compliance with quality-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Administration: Oversee the new starter recruitment process, including updating applications, conducting DBS checks, obtaining references, and ensuring candidate files are complete.
  • Data Management: Maintain spreadsheets and databases, analyze and interpret data as requested.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend and contribute to weekly recruitment meetings and lead on the recruitment of specific roles when requested.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Adhere to safer recruitment processes and internal compliance, escalating concerns where applicable. Quality assure completed applicant files in readiness for a start date.
  • Employee Onboarding: Manage leaver processes and employee changes effectively.
  • Payroll Support: Liaise with payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Administrative Support: Support the HR Compliance Coordinator and HR Support Officer in the administration of ongoing projects. Perform general administrative duties including filing, shredding, photocopying, scanning, office maintenance, handling post, answering phones, data inputting, auditing, diary management, and chasing missing paperwork.
  • Communication: Participate in relevant meetings and produce notes where applicable.
