Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage executive schedules and appointments.
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally.
- Handle expense management for senior executives.
- Assist in organizing internal and external events and conferences.
- Collaborate with team members and report to Executive Assistants.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including interview scheduling and candidate expense management.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Manage confidential documents with discretion.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
- Expertise in managing complex schedules and international travel logistics.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and professional attitude, capable of supporting at the highest level.
