Corporate Banking Associate

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Banking Analyst to join our team at Sterling Williams LTD. As a key member of our Corporate Banking department, you will play a vital role in supporting our Relationship Managers in the origination, structuring, and execution of new deals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough due diligence analysis and prepare credit proposals to support new transactions;
- Assist in the on-boarding of new clients and the funding of facilities, ensuring seamless execution;
- Contribute to business development initiatives, promoting our bank's products to targeted clients and identifying new opportunities;
- Stay up-to-date with market trends by maintaining regular contact with key industry contacts;
- Monitor and review existing loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with covenants and post-lending requirements;
- Liaise with counterparties to ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines;
- Develop skills in account planning, client pitching, and cross-selling, with a focus on client ownership and retention;
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will possess a degree in a relevant field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is essential, with Mandarin language skills being a desirable asset.
