Regional Sales Executive

About the Position
We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a seasoned Regional Sales Executive to enhance our business growth initiatives.
This position will integrate seamlessly with our existing Sales team. You will be responsible for managing your designated region, focusing on promoting and cultivating profitable rental revenues through the establishment of meaningful local partnerships. With your expertise, you will ensure that our clients receive a professional and streamlined experience, along with the best technical guidance and solutions tailored to their pump needs.
Your role will also involve identifying and maximizing revenue opportunities from key projects in the area by visiting client sites and regional offices, developing client relationships, and nurturing these connections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our pump offerings and services, staying informed about technological advancements and industry developments.
- Expand and nurture local business, focusing on both your own client portfolio and existing partnerships.
- Collaborate effectively with operational, hire desk, and technical solutions teams.
- Analyze and monitor client spending to anticipate potential business growth.
- Engage with customers early in their projects to identify potential solutions that meet their needs.
- Oversee all project solutions from inception to completion, addressing technical, installation, financial, and management aspects.
- Prepare and manage quotations, balancing profitability with long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven knowledge of strategies and methods for driving growth in a sales and rental-focused environment.
- Ability to achieve credible results through one-on-one interactions with customers and team members.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to deliver clear and professional presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills, ensuring effective daily time management.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications (including Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
- IT savvy, with experience in sales management systems and internal processes.
- A background in pump rental or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
