Key Responsibilities as Executive Chef

  • Oversee food cost management in line with budgetary guidelines and the hotel’s business strategy
  • Lead seasonal menu development
  • Collaborate effectively with various teams to enhance guest satisfaction and dining experiences
  • Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to service standards as outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual
  • Train, coach, and mentor culinary team members to enhance their skills and engagement
  • Recruit and manage the performance of culinary talent
  • Develop and implement effective training programs in partnership with the Learning Manager and/or Departmental Trainer
