Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering engaging and interactive lessons across a range of subjects.
- Support the lead teacher in managing student behavior and ensuring a constructive learning atmosphere.
- Provide individualized or small group assistance to students requiring additional support.
- Engage in school events and activities, enhancing the school community.
- Contribute to the preparation of educational materials and resources.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the classroom teacher.
Qualifications:
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with young learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
