This is a challenging yet rewarding Behaviour Support Worker role, working with vulnerable and high-risk young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and/or Complex Needs. The ideal candidate will be an exemplary role model with a calm demeanour, positive mindset, and high aspirations for young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 Behaviour Support to young people with SEMH and/or Complex Needs
- Work collaboratively with SLT, teachers, parents, carers, schools, and outside agencies
- Develop and implement strategies to support young people's educational and pastoral needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience or training within a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
