The role of a Behaviour Support Assistant is crucial in supporting children in SEN schools. This position requires an individual who has experience in working with children on a 1-1 basis, encouraging and motivating them to achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of children with Autism and be able to provide Speech and Language Support.

The Behaviour Support Assistant will work closely with the teaching staff to develop strategies to support children with challenging behaviour. This may involve developing behaviour plans, providing individualised support and working with the child to develop positive relationships with their peers. The role also requires the ability to communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed of the child's progress and any concerns.

We are committed to providing our Behaviour Support Assistants with the training and support they need to excel in this role. This includes regular training sessions, mentorship and the opportunity to work with a talented team of education professionals.

Full training and support will be given to the successful applicant.
