Job Summary:

Prospectus is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Programme Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a leading public research university. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the faculty and students, ensuring the smooth running of courses and programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the faculty and students, including programme administration, course and faculty support, examinations and assessments, and service delivery.
  • Work closely with Programme Managers to ensure the smooth running of the department's programmes.
  • Prepare relevant course materials and update and maintain course Moodle pages.
  • Support the department's examinations to ensure they are carried out in line with school requirements.
  • Provide general support to manage the smooth running of the department's resources and act as the first point of contact for phone calls.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar fast-paced support role.
  • Previous experience of Course/Programme Administration is advantageous, although not essential.
  • Education to Bachelor's degree level.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to manage and prioritise a varied workload, working well under pressure and demonstrating a flexible attitude to work.
