About the Role:

Our client, a leading provider of commercial cleaning services, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team at COREcruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships across commercial environments, building a pipeline for single and multiple site services, and attending relevant market events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing business relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial cleaning industry
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients and projects
  • Attending industry events and conferences to network and identify new business opportunities
  • Developing and implementing strategies to expand the company's presence in new sectors
  • Working closely with the operations team to identify new service stream opportunities with existing customers
  • Conducting presentations to potential clients and stakeholders
  • Leading re-tenders and multiservice proposals, and developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to gain incremental business
  • Playing a key role in the production and delivery of innovative tender documentation and presentations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the commercial cleaning industry
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
