Commercial Cleaning Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and focus on expanding our presence in the Greater London area. You will be responsible for building relationships with new clients, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth within the commercial cleaning sector.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop strong business relationships with organizations across various industries, including commercial and public sectors.
- Identify and pursue new leads for single and multi-site cleaning services.
- Attend industry events to network and generate potential business opportunities.
- Explore and develop new market segments within the cleaning sector.
- Coordinate the successful onboarding of new clients and cultivate long-term partnerships with both clients and franchisees.
- Collaborate closely with our Operations Director to identify additional service offerings for existing customers.
- Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
- Lead the development of tender proposals and multi-service bids, leveraging your understanding of client needs to secure new contracts.
- Play a key role in crafting innovative tender documentation and presentations that effectively communicate our capabilities.
Your Qualifications
- A university degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-4 years of proven success in business development within the commercial cleaning industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- A demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
- A highly focused and goal-oriented approach, driven by a desire to achieve ambitious targets.
