We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and process finance contracts and documentation.
  • Liaise with agents regarding the collection and disposal of assets.
  • Support with the calculation of figures to send to brokers and customers.
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Maths and English Language GCSE or equivalent qualifications.
  • Confident communicator with a great telephone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized with fantastic time management skills.
  • IT literate - MS Office Outlook, Word, & Excel.
