About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Amazon UK Services Ltd. team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional programs and projects, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute program plans, ensuring timely delivery of key objectives and milestones.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and driving results-oriented decision-making.
  • Analyze data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement, implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with various Amazon departments to leverage best practices and drive innovation.
  • Manage stakeholders and internal processes, defining standards and ensuring seamless execution.
A Day in the Life

As a Program Manager, you will work closely with a range of Amazon colleagues to understand their work and share your expertise. Together, you will identify exciting new opportunities and lead the implementation of innovative solutions.

Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant experience leading cross-functional programs or projects using project-management methodologies.
  • Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
  • Relevant experience leading complex projects with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or SQL in a professional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced or master's degree.
  • Project-management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI, or similar.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
  • Experience working in an operational environment or with technical teams.
