Job Description

**Job Summary**

Integral UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer - Building Services to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the building services, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme and reactive maintenance (RM) in accordance with the building operating manuals and in compliance with the contract service levels.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • To implement and maintain the building services, PPM programme and RM in accordance with the building operating manuals and contract service levels.
  • To support other team members and their tasks, ensuring they are programmed and carried out effectively.
  • To identify and report any maintenance-related issues or defects, and to implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • To maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory management.
  • To collaborate with other departments, such as operations and facilities management, to ensure seamless delivery of services.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in building maintenance and facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of building services, PPM, and RM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
