Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our service users.
  • Work closely with our client to ensure that our services meet the needs of our young people and their families.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure that our services are delivered in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
