Customer and Trading Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer and Trading Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of managers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, customer service, and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store profitability.
- Lead and motivate a team of managers to achieve their full potential.
- Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
